GARDASIL®9, aşıda yer alan İnsan Papilloma Virüsü (HPV) tiplerinin (tip 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 ve 58) neden olduğu hastalıklara karşı 9 yaş ve üzerindeki bireylerin aktif bağışıklanması amacıyla endikedir.

GARDASIL 9, 9 yaş ve üzerindeki kişilerin aşağıdaki HPV hastalıklarına karşı aktif bağışıklanması için endikedir:

  • Aşıda bulunan İnsan Papillomavirüs (HPV) tiplerinden kaynaklanan premalign lezyonlar (servikal, vulvar, vajinal ve anal); servikal, vulvar, vajinal ve anal kanser.
  • Belirli HPV tiplerine bağlı oluşan genital siğillere (condyloma acuminata) karşı korunmada endikedir.
  • Servikal intraepitelyal neoplazi (CIN)
  • Vulvar intraepitelyal neoplazi (VIN)
  • Vajinal intraepitelyal neoplazi (VaIN)
  • Anal intraepitelyal neoplazi (AIN)
